Erik was a casual real estate investor for over a decade and just recently went full time when he started his company, New Horizon Home Buyers.  His biggest strength is generating off-market leads through SEO.  Most of these leads are single-family homes that he BRRRRs, flips, or wholesales.  The fastest-growing part of his business is leveraging his SEO efforts to bring leads to JV partners in other markets in exchange for a percentage of each completed deal.
