About Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson is a driven role model for women in Utah’s real estate sector. Developers and investors from all over the world are interested in her tale and experience. with more than ten years of experience in the industry. Amy has succeeded in creating 400,000+ s.f. of Class A self-storage, 500+ acres of single and multifamily residential units, and managing the rehabilitation of 250+ apartment units in revitalizing zones.

Amy started investing in real estate in 2008, and by 2011, she had followed her passion and became a broker. Her husband and she co-founded the top-producing real estate team limitless Real Estate Group. For her expanding portfolio of development projects, she established Salt Development Enterprises in 2021. She joined Y Street Capital Management as a partner in 2022.

Amy’s experience includes helping to organize funds for specific projects, generating money, and setting up joint ventures, syndication, and tenancy in common agreements. She regularly manages the city entitlement process, which includes going to city meetings, securing zoning modifications and general plan revisions, and submitting city applications for the final subdivision plat. putting together engineering and utility studies, and ordering site layouts. For each project, she also arranges project management, market research, and feasibility assessments. Amy does a fantastic job of managing investor relations and updating stakeholders on projects.
