About Paul Sparks

Paul Sparks fuses together the worlds of crypto & real estate. Paul owns and operates a real estate investment business — Bunny Hill Properties — out of Denver, CO that focuses on developments, fix and flips, and other investment strategies.

Previously, he used his background in industrial engineering to build a corporate sales career and become a leader in a diverse group of complex and technical industries including medical, automotive, logistics, and airlines. With a decade of experience under his belt, he worked with companies like United Airlines. Amazon, and Walmart before diving in full-time into real estate as an investor and entrepreneur. He was able to collect a handful of rental properties before he left his job (his original base case!) at the end of 2020. His sweet spot has always been in putting money & deals together.

Now, Paul is focused on building the bridge between real estate and blockchain. The goal is to provide real estate investors with the education they need to participate in this emerging technology.

Paul continues to push the boundaries in both crypto and real estate; he is engineering new and unique ways to fuse these two worlds together. He is passionate about skiing, playing basketball, and spending time in the outdoors. He just got married in August 2021 to his amazing wife, Eliza.
